Packaging was great! My son loved them! Kits were awesome.. they do fit small (us) also took a month to get to us. Communication was great all along !

Did not deliver so far. DHL doesn't seem to know anything about a package. Do not order if you are not from the UK.

Amazing customer service and kit quality

Bought two kits for my 9 and 12 year old boys for Christmas. They love them. The youngest got a complete kit including shorts and socks. Will be ordering again.

Came exactly 7 days after ordering.packaging looks great.great for a gift.will be buying again.

Still no item. Weve had a single email from this company advising that the issue would be sorted that week and the product would be with us by 09.12.22 Its not here. My money has gone, the product has vanished and the mystery kits team have failed to respond to my emails since then. I give up. You win. You have my 35 quid. Enjoy it. Get yourselves something nice for Xmas. As a company, you suck. When you inevitably fold, just know that it's because you sucked.

This review is based on the communication (or lack of) with mystery kits. Ordered end of November, excellent system, kit was sent promptly. Unfortunately the kit has not arrived as Evri have "lost" it (seems to be a common theme with Evri....). This is where the negative experience starts. Have emailed twice, and had absolutely no response. Have also tried the "contact us" page on the website. Still nothing. Luckily I have paid through Paypal, so some protection, and Mystery Kits are blameless in then kit going missing. But the communication is shocking post sale... UPDATE… Kit arrived yesterday, as Evri must have found it…. Excellent kit (Supersports from South Africa), and they hit my criteria (not Europe, not red!)!! So from that perspective it is great! But the comms were not good…

Poor experience they sent wrong kit size and implying it is my error based on their best guess what will fit. But their website says to order by the size guide which I did. They don’t respond quickly to messages and their website does not include anywhere their returns address. It also says on their website that they don’t do refunds. Which is legally not allowed as under distance selling regulations Consumer Rights Act, you are entitled to get a refund even if you just change your mind when buying online for all non personalised items. So when an item has been sent incorrectly by the seller this certainly would apply. Still waiting for them to respond and deal with their error. It’s now 2nd Jan and I’m still waiting for this company to issue a refund. The return was received by them on 21sr December. As others have said they don’t reply to emails and ignore you. Take advice and avoid this company. There are other companies out there who send what you order and care about customer satisfaction

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still hasn’t recieved my order from october 28th and after few emails asking for a refund I only get answers that Mystery kit basicly don”t mind or tell me constantly that I will get new tracking information in X many hours which really has never happened !!! If I would get a refund for the 4 shirts I bought that I have already asked for few times I would have let it go and also this review but this is a scam company. Updated December 28th. I have already sent two mails as told to, via the contact us button on the website and still no answer so they have not solved anything immedietly !!!

Cannot describe how awful the customer service of this company is. One month down the line and they still haven't refunded or sent out a new shirt when they sent the wrong size in the first place. Ignore emails upon emails and don't seem to care about children's Christmas! Good to know I'm not the only one who has received this awful service. AVOID!!! I will be taking this further until I get my refund. Below is absolutely untrue .. I am certainly not confusing you with another company! If I could share the images of the numerous emails on here I would.

Great experience. Bought several mystery kits for my son for his Christmas and birthday presents. Received very quickly and shirts are good quality.

Bought the kit as I believed the idea was great only to receive a plain box with a yim yam kit. The idea sounds great and I thought I could wrap the box up and we could all be surprised Xmas morning but how wrong could I be , the kit arrived in plain wrapping , the box I expected to resemble the advert with mystery kit picture not a plain box with roughly stuck Xmas tape 3/4 around (apparently it’s a festive box) so I opened it unaware what it was. Customer service a joke , don’t deal with them absolute joke better off buying on line off discount shops. Before customers service reply you’ve had days to answer my complaint!

A rocky start, but we got there in the end! Initially a bit concerned with Mystery Kits as they didn’t label up the boxes correctly and were a little slow to respond to my emails. This was prior to Christmas, so perhaps high demand and Royal Mail strikes took its toll on them. But in fairness, all issues have been resolved and they dealt with our request to return/swap two of our shirts promptly and efficiently. My son and partner received their new kits today, both were very happy with what they received. Thanks Mystery Kits.
