Nichts positives. Erstmal… ich habe 2 Trikots vor 4 Wochen bestellt. Die sind nichtmal beim Lieferanten (DPD) angekommen. Ich habe glaube ich mehr als 6 E-Mails gesendet, mit der Hoffnung, dass sich da was tut. Jedes mal wird mir gesagt, dass mein Paket noch abgeholt wird usw… Ich empfehle niemanden (aus Deutschland) was von den zu kaufen. Ciao! Ps: Die Leute von misterykits wollten mein review hier löschen, können es nicht, da ich Beweise habe.

Shirts arrived on time. We use them as raffle prizes at the football club and have had a lot of interest. Everyone has been very happy with the shirts received!

I didn't know what to expect but I needn't have worried. I received a Gorilas shirt from the 4th tier of the Mexican league, excellent quality and fit. I will definitely order again.

I received a fake shirt the fs numbers on the tags bring up a completely different team I wnt be ordering again with is a shame but will try a different company

Still hasn’t arrived over two weeks later and stopped answering correspondence. Wouldn’t use again. As below reply, only got in touch once this was posted.

Good idea but terrible customer service. They shouldn’t offer preference choices if you can’t follow through with them or even acknowledge basic requests. I tried to order a matching mystery kit for me and my wife and was sent 2 different teams, including one top which didn’t fit my stated preference. Tried to send them back and get them replaced but was made to pay for the return postage and replacement shirts never arrived despite being told that they were on the way. Don’t use if you have any specific preferences to avoid. UPDATE In response to their reply below, in no way were the requirements unreasonable, they were simply not a well known club as what was wanted was an obscure team, as stated in the preference box. At no time was I informed this was against the T&Cs to request the matching tops when ordering 2 shirts as I wanted, and I assured them that I didn’t mind if it took longer, there was no rush. They would do better to just refuse orders if they can’t fulfil them to avoid all these problems people have had. I’ve seen lots of other reviews calling them out on their post sale service and their responses just try to cover their backs by lying, it’s clearly a very common occurrence for this company. Oh and not surprisingly, they replied to this bad review in a couple of hours, when I went months without hearing from them when trying to sort out the order earlier this year.

Ordered a shirt on the 6/11/22, got an email to say Evri had it on the 11 and they’ll let me know when it’s out for delivery, I’ve had nothing since!! I can’t get hold of Evri nor mystery kits!!! UPDATE 2/12/22 still not here and not heard a thing. Useless!!! UPDATE 27/11/22 still not here and not heard anything off mystery kits after emailing again, Evri aren’t helpful they just tell me what I already know. Really not impressed.

I ordered two kits on the 1/10/22, the kits still haven't arrived. I mailed on the 26 & 30th of Oct and the 8th, 12th & 15th of Nov. On the 30th of Oct, they said the package is currently in transit and they were waiting on a tracking number, on the 12th of nov they replied to say they were waiting on an update from the courier. Their website says that they use EUROPE TRACKED EXPRESS: 7-21 DAYS which is obviously not the case if they can't track the package. Despite asking for a refund I've heard nothing back from them. I wouldn't recommend ordering from Mystery Kits, its clear from a lot of the recent reviews that I'm not the only one. UPDATE: The below reply from mystery kits is absolute rubbish I emailed straight after ordering to change the address and they replied to say it was changed that day so it couldn't have been processed and sent back in that time. Absolute lies just shows the type of company they are. I have reached out to the customer service and got no where

Did not receive my shirt, the company use evri delivery. I changed the delivery preferences on the app to leave with a neighbour and they still left it outside sitting on top of my letterbox and I can only presume it's been taken, I've sent an email but no reply. Will never use them again if this is how they treat customers. *Added* email sent and ignored, picture of parcel left outside of my letter box and it not inside. My order number was#66883

Wicked tops. 2nd time purchasing from mystery kits and was as easy and efficient as the 1st time. Both kits have been original and spot on designs from around the world. My son absolutely loves them and we use getting him another as a bartering tool to do his jobs for the month and the promise of getting him another. Highly recommended and will definitely purchase again.
