Bought for my son received a Mexican shirt absolutely loves it great service

Awful communication, ordered a box from them and two weeks later and after several emails and messages over social media no shirt or refund that I had requested. Has one response asking for proof of purchase and address supplied this then absolutely no feedback again. I can confirm that after I managed to contact one of the directors on Linked In he was very responsive and resolved my issue within 48 hours.

Shirt feels cheap and somehow fake 🙄

They still haven't returned my emails. I wrote a review 10-12-2022 here on TrustPilot and they responded and asked if I want a refund or resend, but they haven't responded to my request of a refund. Despite it being OVER A MONTH they haven't refunded the money or even responded to my emails. HORRIBLE Customer Service!! Original review (10/12/2022): I still haven't received my money back, even though the package was returned from customs to Mystery Kits many many months ago (20-05-2022)

Will be buying again anybody who's into football and knows theirs kits use this site.

Not really sure why there bad comments as in my opinion Mysterykits is a great concept. I initially bought a football shirt for my grandsons Christmas gift last year, 2022. I bought the item in November and left it boxed up until the big day. When my grandson opened it up he was over the moon with a genuine Adidas El Salvador top. Unfortunately the top was a little small for him and after emailing Mysterykits I sent it back for a replacement. A new box arrived and again the little lad was over the moon when he pulled out a genuine Barcelona home shirt. This time it fitted him perfectly but did order a size 12 to 13 year old for him and he is 10. There are options on the site informing Mysterykits which leagues to stay away from which is great to use as a Leeds fan would never wear a Man Utd top if given. It's a great idea for football fans who love wearing and collecting tops. Certainly will use again.

Mystery Kits have been great for me, I bought some for birthdays and Christmas and the boys inc hubby loves them. They boys are saving up again to buy more. 10/10 Mystery Kits. We will be back 😊

Fantastic shirts The wait, the excitement, the anticipation. My 12 year old love the Police Tero shirt and I loved my Zimbabwe national team shirt.

I thought it was a fake jersey at first but apparently there were no patches or anything like that this year. It's an authentic Jersey but still a very very bad Qualtity. Its a Mystery Box, so be carefull

I ordered my kit at the start of December and still no sign of it. I have sent over 10 mails and have been told it was on the way. DPD was blamed at first and then it was the post office strikes. Avoid

Still haven’t received my order a month on, they do not reply to any of my emails about the issue either! Updating as the company keep asking me to. I placed my order on the 13th of December, never received any dispatch email or updated from the courier. I emailed multiple times (13th December, 23rd December, 30th December) only to finally find out on the 10th January that the item was delivered. It was left in a communal bin shed for over two weeks. Luckily it was not stolen however was not found in a good condition. I would still rate the service 1 star as they didn’t reply to my multiple emails, now keep emailing me to update my review, seems they care more about this review then me actually getting my order!

Quick delivery, asked for a specific league that I was given, not the best of kits its a goalkeeper kit and the worst team in the league. But that's the gamble.

Excellent communication and fast delivery. My son was very happy with his kit so will be ordering another for his birthday!
