Not very random, me and a few friends ordered mystery shirts and 5/7 of us got the same kit. Not worth the money.

I still haven’t revived my order. edit: it was a 1 star prior to the direct messaging I received. I am a very understanding individual and am just happy to be kept up to date. This is exactly what they did and I am very happy with the customer service I received. Don’t hate on the company because of delays that aren’t their fault! I didn’t find out later that royal mail was to blame.

I ordered 3 kits Dec 5 2022. They tracking number just never moved. I contact the company and didn’t even get an “I am sorry” or any resolution other than it got sort wrong and it should start tracking now. 3 days later it is still not tracking. It’s now January 7 and over a month since my order and it hasn’t even started shipping!!! I haven’t been offered anything except that it was sorted wrong and “that’s frustrating”. I requested a full refund and haven’t heard back. These were Christmas presents so at lest point just want my money back and move on but haven’t got that back yet even.

Leider hat die Lieferung etwas länger gedauert. Allerdings über die Feiertage auch verständlich. Die Shirts passen sehr gut und man fühlt sich wie ein kleines Kind an Weihnachten wenn man die Box öffnet 🙂

Now well over 2 months since I placed my order. No sign of a shirt No response from customer service emails Extremely poor service.

Ordered a mystery kit via the Black Friday offer which was at the end of November and still waiting to receive my order. Contacted the company and postal strikes were cited as the reason for delay, but I would hear from the courier service with a tracking number and so on. Over one month later I’m still waiting for a tracking number and details of the shipment. Starting to wonder if it has been shipped at all. All in all terrible service.

Ordered 3 kits on November 29th as Christmas presents which didn’t arrive until January 4th.

I ordered a mystery box on the 15th December, and paid £10 for express shipping. Since then I have not even received a tracking number, they are not answering to my email and I don’t know anything about the order. Stay away from them!
