Very friendly and helpful people. Pet loves the food.

Everyone I have spoken with at Ollie has been very friendly and helpful. My dog loves the food. I love that she is getting wholesome ingredients such as vegetables, fruits and real meat instead of all the fillers in other dog foods.

My experience with Ollie

I received the frozen food from Ollie. I put most of the food into our freezer in the garage. I apparently did not close the door all the way. The next morning, i heard the freezer making a loud noise and realized the door had not closed. I called Ollie the next day, told them what happened, to cancel our order and keep the money due to it being my fault. They were kind enough to replace the food! Awesome!!

The delivery was quick and precise I…

The delivery was quick and precise I could easily track the order. Plus my dog is loving the food he's eating every bite and licking the bowl clean. His breath is smelling better and his skin is doing a lot better. Plus I don't have to be concerned about what is in his food due to his allergies with ollie.

Bad customer service

I’m sure their food is good for dogs. I’m sure it’s better than kibble. I really wanted to find out. But they aren’t honest about their charges, and they aren’t helpful or easy to contact. I was charged $200 with no warning or way to check. I emailed and texted before it shipped, but no one got back to me. Then on the next business day, I reached out through chat and was told my order shipped, even though I’ve texted and emailed. They wouldn’t work with me, or help me find a better plan, they just cancelled my account. It’s just bad customer service and feels sneaky.

Great customer service and quality frozen food

I live in a desert state, and shipping frozen food during the summer is difficult, so I tend not to order frozen food during the summer due to past negative experiences from other companies. However, even in the extreme desert heat, our Ollie box arrived still frozen inside, which was great! Bonus points for that, and also for the quick shipping and quality ingredients Ollie offers in their human-grade dog food plans. However, I wish Ollie offered a frozen fish option or some other protein that is OK for sensitive/allergic dogs like mine; right now, really only the pork is OK as I just learned that all poultry options aren't a good fit for my allergy prone dog. And overall, it is too expensive to maintain regular deliveries if I'm being honest. But the customer service is top notch, and I appreciate the no-hassle cancellation option on the account where I don't have to talk to a person trying to convince me to keep my plan. I would return again with a discount incentive. And we do appreciate the quality food container and scoop that was included with our first order. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars!

Finally! Well worth the money!!

My dog, Lucy, has ALWAYS been a VERY fussy eater. I have tried countless dry and wet foods, with little, or no success. The best was Fresh Pet and even that was hit and miss, with me having to “doctor” the food to get her to eat. That’s why I was skeptical about Ollie. But from the very first meal and now, going on two months, there has been no hesitation when I put the food down and she eats every bit! I am thrilled beyond words to have finally found a food my Lucy loves! On top of that, her bowel movements have become firm and consistent. Added to that, their support staff is always friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. All in all, congratulations to everyone at Ollie!!!

Questions about an upcoming delivery

I had a question about an upcoming delivery. I spoke with Elizabeth and she was able to quickly solve the issue. I have a 3 year old pug that is quite picky and he loves his Ollie food. He is enjoying the Turkey and blueberries currently.

Expensive but he likes it for now

Food is good. Dog likes it. There’s not enough options for dogs with food allergies. I think he’s still allergic to something in this. And it’s very expensive. I was making his own food at a small fraction of this price. I just got too busy to do it right now and switched. Overall happy with it as a temporary food option. No way we could sustain this forever at these prices though.

My dog absolutely loves his food and…

My dog absolutely loves his food and treats. This was my second delivery. First one was delivered fully frozen. The second delivery all the ice packets were empty and 1/2 of the packets were not frozen. This was not an Ollie issue but I believe UPS as it was delivered after 5pm so we must have been the last delivery. It had to of been sitting in hot truck all day

Box arrived opened and crushed

Box arrived opened and crushed. Ice packs completely gone, condensation left everything in box damp, fresh food was not cold or even cool, some of the food was with the dry food..... it happened to the first box, too. I didn't report that as I thought it might have just been a fluke. Membership canceled.
