Everything from start to finish has been a stellar experience. Guided transition, exact portion guidelines, and easy open packets with clever - easy to use storage and a dispense scoop. My dog and I are over the moon with Ollie!

I called to have my order date changed and make sure it would get to me before we left for vacation. She was extremely helpful and kind and I was able to get my package before leaving.

New dog parent and still trying to navigate my puppy’s diet. I had a lot of questions and concerns that where addressed by the Ollie team. Staff is always friendly and willing to help! Bella was having some issue with her previous food and was refusing to eat. I finally made the decision to try Ollie after reading so many positive reviews. Best choice we made. Bella loves the food and is thriving.

My pup is very difficult at dinner time…just got my second shipment and pausing future shipments for now. But Faith is kind and understanding, no pressure, and I so appreciate that!! I know the food is good and nutritious, but my little Marley has refused her food after 4 or 5 nights. Since I got this shipment about a week ago, she’s been eating it, keeping fingers crossed, and so appreciate Faith’s patience and understanding!!

Our Dog loved the food at the beginning but then decided she didn’t. She is very picky. Somehow 2 subscriptions were set up for the same dog but they refunded one of the orders so that was nice.

Great product with great customer service!

I needed to change meats. Our one chihuahua doesn’t like the chicken. I was able to do this in the app. I get notifications when my order ships and when I receive it. Customer service can use some help.

Product was packaged well, and communication from shipment to delivery was great.

Jamie showed empathy for my situation, worked quickly to resolve it and offered a solution that was above and beyond my expectations. He was kind, and knowledgeable and did a great job coming up with a resolution that I was happy with.

Our dog loves Ollie. There has been an overall improvement in her since switching her to total fresh with Ollie. She is lame in her back legs and even her movement has improved.

My dog Lily absolutely loves this food. She is a 46lb Beagle/Cattle Dog mix and she literally jumps up (all 4 paws off the ground) for her meals like you see in the commercials. This is a dog that I used to have to add treats to her food to get her to eat. I am so thankful for Ollie. Worth every penny.

My dog wasn’t loving the wet food, but after speaking to a representative, she said for me to try their dry food which I did and he loves it!

My dog likes the food but your website says that my dog is 15#. He is 25#. I tried several time to change it but it would not allow me to. The portions looked a little small for him at 15#.

My 13 year old Chinese Crested dog LOVES Ollie fresh packs! He only has 5 teeth left (1 snaggle tooth in the front and the other 4 way in the back) so the light flaky texture of Ollie makes it perfect for him to pick up and chew. I'll update my review when he finishes his full shipment as to if he shows a noticeable improvement to his skin. "Hairy hairless cresties" are notorious for developing black heads, but so far after his two week trial, it seems like he has less already.

Packed very well and wasn't worried even though it was hot. Also was notified of delivery. That way I was able to get it out of the sun and no one stole the package.
