Bad customer service

I’m sure their food is good for dogs. I’m sure it’s better than kibble. I really wanted to find out. But they aren’t honest about their charges, and they aren’t helpful or easy to contact. I was charged $200 with no warning or way to check. I emailed and texted before it shipped, but no one got back to me. Then on the next business day, I reached out through chat and was told my order shipped, even though I’ve texted and emailed. They wouldn’t work with me, or help me find a better plan, they just cancelled my account. It’s just bad customer service and feels sneaky.
