I can’t say enough good things about Ollie! My dog, Marley is a 14 year old mini golden doodle and he is absolutely obsessed with this food. Mealtime used to be a struggle—he’d pick at his food or walk away entirely. But ever since we switched to Ollie, he gets so excited when it’s time to eat! Not only does he love the taste, but I’ve also noticed a huge difference in his energy, coat, and digestion. His hair is softer and shinier, and he seems happier and more playful overall. Delivery was horrible. I live in a complex and packages get sent to different units and never returned. When I saw my delivery photo, it shows clearly that it’s the wrong unit number. Customer service immediately responded and sent out a new box which arrived a couple days later, and yes, this time to the correct address.

The food is always great. Teddy loves it. Thd delivery was perfect. On time and the food completely solid frozen even in today's 112 heat (Tucson). I was texted exactly when it was delivered so it didn't sit outside at all.
Packaging problems-frozen packs must have had an extremely rough shipping-slamming into styrofoam padding and paper and dry ice. That mixture with the condensation made a nasty paste which coated all food packs. I washed everything before putting into my freezer. I hoped no residue got into my dogs food bowl when preparing meals. My dog absolutely refused to eat the turkey food! Ollie worked with me and graciously replaced all packs with my dog’s favorite beef meals!!! Thanks!
My Ollie, the very greatest fresh food for dogs EVERRRR. Captain was my guide through getting my old account activated when I had so much trouble. I felt she really cared how I felt. I did NOT feel like just a customer, I felt like I was truly a part of a great family. Been using Ollie for years. My dog loves their food and has never been sick or had any issues since on Ollie. She used to have stained hair around her eyes and paws and ever since we’ve been on Ollie, she has had perfect hair. Their customer service is also very excellent and top-notch.
I have several dogs and they all love this food. They like the beef version and I like it because it also has veggies included. If your dog is a picky eater, try this food!

Easy to use & my dogs love it!
Our just turned 2yr old cattle dog kept going off of his food we tried a lot of brands he loves the Ollie has not refused it once. We have received two boxes so far and they have arrived still very frozen despite the very warm weather. We are however having to go to the half portions to mix because of the cost. But definitely worth it!
