We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality . We had a fabulous trip and the itinerary was excellent with a couple of days before the cruise in Amsterdam (we added an extra night) and post cruise. The itinerary of the cruise, 2 back to back cruises, was excellent. Our accommodations in Amsterdam and Paris were beautiful, clean, modern and spacious hotels in excellent locations.

We had a fabulous trip. Just a little disappointed that transport to and from the cruise was not included, but to be fair, we were told that. Otherwise, nothing to complain about!

From initial phone call to final receipt of travel documents all on time and detailed. The Cunard Queen Victoria was first class. Had a great time and would recommend both organisations.

Loved the itinerary. Loved the Paris accommodation. Didn’t however feel that the Amsterdam accomodation Hotel Reimer was a 4 star quality of hotels that I have experienced with My Cruises. All communication with My Cruises throughout the process was very good. Would really give the experience a 4 and a half star rating.

Loved the package - London, Paris, Rome and Mediterranean cruise. Whilst transfers weren’t included like other companies there are often issues with these so we were happy to make our own arrangements. Rome to Rio website was a great tip from the customer service team. We arranged an extension either end of the package at a reasonable flight change fee to spend more time in London and Italy. Whilst the My Cruises portal was helpful for receipts of payments I feel this is more company facing than consumer experience enhancing. One improvement would be to place all travel itineraries and travel vouchers in here so that these are not just attached to an email. The vouchers were issued quite late so doing check-ins on internal flights and trains such as Eurostar were way too last minute to secure best seats. The numbers in our itinerary were not voucher numbers nor booking reference numbers for Eurostar so we had to request these. This took two phone calls. As we left earlier than the package we had to contact the company to get access earlier.

The ship and facilities were great as was the standard of food in the buffet. Our cabins were very comfortable and service by the housekeeping staff excellent. Unfortunately bad weather caused the cancellation of three destinations which was a serious disappointment.

The whole experience from my first enquiry to the end of the trip was seamless. Everything promised was delivered. I would like to call out a few staff who went above and beyond, Gabrielle Synott, who assisted with my first enquiry and booking. Renee Perry and Brayden Kemble who both assisted with extra accommodation and amendments to flights. All 3 staff went above and beyond to make my experience great

We had a wonderful 7 days on the Blue Lagoon cruise. The Captain and the crew were so helpful and friendly. We met some lovely people and really enjoyed visiting all the islands and sharing the Fijian culture.
