We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality . Very disappointing. 18.7.25 Booking No. MYC-71935 Pickering / McCracken There is a long email thread. You will see on your system Also upon consideration- it's seems like lies were told yo us. Simply the best
We loved the way our holiday was extended at both end for a minimum amount. Your agent told us about all day checking in at Dubia. The hotels we were allocated were in great locations. If I had to be picky it would have been nice to have breakfast in London. We were disappointed we didn't get to Santorini as planned. Thank you for a great holiday

Cruise line was excellent
Cruise line was excellent, high praise for Holland America. Ports of call were great with well organized tours. Train journeys were a bonus. Clearer arranged options for transfers could be offered. Also arriving at Rotterdam and 1hr to get to station was cutting it a little fine. Overall our experience with MyCruising was highly positive and would recommend.
