We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality . Our initial contact was to get some information and advice on options.
Our initial contact was to get some advice on cruising as we have not done one before. We could not compliment Laetisha enough as she spent a lot of time finding out our preferences then proposing suitable options. This ended with us booking the cruise and the speed of communication and flight bookings etc was unbelievable making the booking such an easy and stress free process. Thanks so much to Laetisha for her work on our behalf.

Mike helped us when flight delays would…
Mike helped us when flight delays would affect our return home. This was a very stressful time and Mike helped alleviate a lot of the stress. Mike also commenced the refund process as we were not able to get extra legroom seats as per original booking. I am grateful for Mike's assistance and understanding.
