We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality . Best of Europe 2024 - There was no communication regarding added tours whatsoever. Missed out on a few of them because we didn't know in advance. The trip was advertised with 50,000 flybuy points which I did not receive. Emails were continually sent asking for information about the points and when would receive them, but to no avail. They could not provide any substantial information as to why I didn't receive my points. Very poor service and their advertising is false. Look into any advertised perks they have as they are falsely advertising flybuy points. Extremely disappointing.

The ease and promptness that the first operator was able to respond and transfer me to the correct consultant (Rebecca), and then Pani was amazing. Cruise, booked, deposit paid and I even received my cabin number on the spot. Pani was also prompt to contact other interested travelling friends and finalise their bookings. Great experience:) We have used MyCruises recently for our Alaskan cruise adventure and the main reason why I was excited to see this deal offered through them.

I had to cancel my cruise l was told it can take up to four months for refund four months went past nothing l emailed them asking where it was not getting it $800they took

My initial contact was with LAETISHA BALDAN. She was very courteous and provided the preliminary details I sought re the tour package. After perusing the details, I called again and was helped by SOHAILA KHER. Sohaila was very informative based on which I could make the decision and booked the package. I have now paid the initial deposit. I am hoping that any future contact leading up to as well as the tour itself will also be as great a positive experience as the initial interaction.
