Our initial contact was to get some advice on cruising as we have not done one before. We could not compliment Laetisha enough as she spent a lot of time finding out our preferences then proposing suitable options. This ended with us booking the cruise and the speed of communication and flight bookings etc was unbelievable making the booking such an easy and stress free process.
