Lucinda was very polite and easy to understand . She tried to help with us accessing our credit with Norwegian but it is too early to do it yet . Hopefully My Cruises can access the credit some time in the future
Very friendly and proficient service. process was quick and easy to complete. Consultant able to direct me to other departments so I could seek advise.
Ben was very friendly; he answered all my questions. He was pleasant to talk to, and he knows his stuff. He gave me ideas and options if I wish to extend our trip. The transaction was smooth, and Ben is definitely an asset for your company. Go Ben.

UPDATE : - Following a long & honest conversation with My Cruises I will upgrade the review. They were open to the feedback listed in the review, topics discussed and were able to give honest responses regarding the issues raised. Many of the issues were directly at the fault of the local providers and this is being followed up internally as ultimately this was the cause of most of the dissatisfaction. Hopefully future customers will benefit from improvements that may come as a result of the follow up but I am pleased that the concerns were not ignored. An absolute shambolic travel experience. Upgraded flights paid for 8 months ago to find out we are on standby, given seat allocation at the gate, and then not seated together. Obviously buying cheap seats with full price payments and pocketing the difference. Transfers not included in either Chile or Argentina - dangerous and very risky for many of the people we met on our cruise. A very very dated and at best 3 star hotel that had little care of their guests or their property and very lax security. Emails unanswered, inadequate explanations and very poor communication overall. No assistance with visas & having taken the money they really couldn't be bothered with offering a decent service. Quite simply, AVOID, the stress isn't worth it. For reference MYC-64640

Booked a holiday package was assured the flights were direct. Paid two large deposits to now be told it’s an additional 6000 for flights. Asked for matter to be escalated apparently consultants don’t call customers and it’s unfortunate that the flights have increased. Worst customer service it’s a scam I would never book again!

No experience since I was going to use Mycruises for a cruise package. But after viewing all the negative reviews and the replies from Mycruises re the actions taken to address the complaints, I wonder if there were any resolutions?

We traveled with this company 2 years ago and gave 2 pages of complaints to a woman from the company who was traveling with her mother on the cruise segment. She said the problems were due to covid and would get better soon. What a joke! How is this company still in business??? Still a long list of very unhappy customers. Tell your contacts to NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Book through an agent and get well looked after.

Worst experience having to deal with these so called travel agents. Communications are non existent unless they want money. Booked upgraded plane seats paid additional funds only to discover that my cruises didn’t follow through on this request and when asked just threw there hands up in the air. Will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND using them again joke of an establishment.

MYC-93198 and MYC-56233 Booking #026307 - Following the completion of my next two holidays, I intend to discontinue using My Cruises. Currently, I am traveling with my 90-year-old mother, and we are due to arrive in Denpasar in 62 days, without any transfer arrangements in place. We received a list of companies that could facilitate our pickup, but the hotel name and the availability of a disabled room, taking into account my mother's need for a wheelchair, have not been confirmed. I have a further trip planned for October, and I foresee difficulties in organizing the necessary transfers. As My Cruises is owned by Flight Centre, I suggest that they elevate their standards, as I have decided to transfer my business to Imagine Holidays.

Just competed a 14 day classic Europe tour, the sights and countries were great but the accommodation was poor to one extent I thought I was at a backpacker hotel The tour guide and driver were great taking us to the best places to visit Accommodation was a total letdown and spoilt the whole experience Better quality accommodation a must

AVOID - the travel agent demanded a deposit within a 2 hour period when I was at work. She had my passport for 2 days and then removed me from the booking after the payment link would not work. The demand was for the deposit before Xmas for travel in September 2025. Find another travel company as this one is incompetent, rude and demanding.

The Regent cruise was wonderful value with a good cabin and transfers other than Cape Town were very classy. Some of the included tours were not too good, but that is a Regent problem, not My Cruises My Cruises are quite difficult to deal with when changes are required, but things get fixed eventually with persistence.

Hotel was great exceeded my expectations. Overall it was seem less. The cruise was amazing. This is my 4th booking with my cruises and very happy with the product they supply.
