Lucinda was very polite and easy to understand . She tried to help with us accessing our credit with Norwegian but it is too early to do it yet . Hopefully My Cruises can access the credit some time in the future
Very friendly and proficient service. process was quick and easy to complete. Consultant able to direct me to other departments so I could seek advise.
Ben was very friendly; he answered all my questions. He was pleasant to talk to, and he knows his stuff. He gave me ideas and options if I wish to extend our trip. The transaction was smooth, and Ben is definitely an asset for your company. Go Ben.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Friendly staff helped book the holiday and when we unexpectedly had to cancel the team was incredibly helpful and kind. The staff really made the whole process easy even in difficult circumstances.

There were numerous options of tours and our agent Laetisha Baldan assisted with what our best option would be and spent time emailing the details of the different options, pricing etc. This will be our second booking with MyCruises and Laetisha. It is always nice to know that you can call someone you know and have worked with before.

where do I begin firstly, I regret not reading the reviews before I booked something I would normally do. well, I cancelled my package and lost $1100 because I couldn't deal with the stress any longer that it was causing me, after losing my sister last year I decided to give my cruises a go because life is short and unpredictable. From the very beginning I was VERY VERY clear that I would be changing my travel dates, and I won't name the person I dealt with, but they were all to happy just to sell me a package. yes, I knew it would cost me $150 each to change my flights but when I did that the bill was $2100 extra, BLAH BLAH we get special prices and the worst flights. Then I was told that I could arrange my own flights and get $2100 credit back but forgot to tell me that by doing this I would then lose the lounge privileges. They save more money. Then it brings me to the accommodation when booking the trip and again saying that I would be changing the dates there was no mention of not being able to do this. So, when I tried to, I was told I can't change so after many emails with at least 3 to 4 days in-between they agree to change and to my surprise they changed the wrong one had I not checked I would have had no accommodation in Vancouver. I also think it's a little dodgy that they can't tell you where you are staying until 2 weeks before you leave but they could give me a quote for an extra night at $520. Also, on checking my paperwork before cancelling i noticed a * mark stating my cabin which I paid extra for a balcony could be subject to change. This has been a very expensive learning experience for me and yes, My cruises will respond with a generic answer, but they don't care because there $1100 better off, also making a little more interest of my money that is to be returned because that can take up to 30 days. Lastly the email I received after I asked about cancelling was insulting suggesting I could pay $39 an hour to use the airport lounge as if I would lose money just over not having that. All flights went well & were on time. My only comment here is that I feel MyCruises needs to consider where the home base of the client is as we had to go from Brisbane to Sydney to catch our outgoing flight, then return via Melbourne and catch another flight to Brisbane then a transfer back to the Gold Coast. A flight from Melbourne to the Gold Coast would have been great. The Hotel accommodation in Santiago was good, however the Buenos Aires hotel was not. Our room smelt mouldy, was dirty and the toilet didn't flush (even after I asked for it to be fixed). These are basic requirements of a hotel and we weren't impressed. The location of the hotel was great though. The cruise to the Antarctic was fabulous and we thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Overall it was a great trip.

Every part of our trip was fantastic. The staff and accommodation at the Sheraton were excellent, and the Blue Lagoon Cruise was likely the best holiday we've ever had. The captain and crew on board were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The islands we explored were stunning, and the snorkelling was superb; everything was simply brilliant.
