Lucinda was very polite and easy to understand . She tried to help with us accessing our credit with Norwegian but it is too early to do it yet . Hopefully My Cruises can access the credit some time in the future
Very friendly and proficient service. process was quick and easy to complete. Consultant able to direct me to other departments so I could seek advise.
Ben was very friendly; he answered all my questions. He was pleasant to talk to, and he knows his stuff. He gave me ideas and options if I wish to extend our trip. The transaction was smooth, and Ben is definitely an asset for your company. Go Ben.

We absolutely loved our cruise, booking through MyCruises takes a lot of the organising stress away, the hotels and flights were a great way to start and finish our cruise. This was our second time booking through MyCruises and both times has been well organised and really well priced.

After much angst over very little communication I was able to have all my doubts and worries put to bed by Jaida Salt. She was able to get my final documents through within a couple of hours. I am 85 years old and do not do well with online requests. I was waiting for paperwork that confirmed flight booking references and getting extremely disturbed by the timing as my previous experiences with other cruise booking companies the information was clear concise and left me in doubts whatsoever. Speaking directly with Regent was far more helpful than MyCruise until Jaida stepped in and resolved everything quickly and efficiently. Thank you Jaide

Sent an enquiry for a cruise for our wedding anniversary. An email was received which outlined an option. I asked the consultant what category the room was and the room number so I could see where it was located on the ship. I was told they can't advise that until we get on a call. So I get on a call with the consultant and she advises me that she can verbally give me the info, but she can't put anything in writing until I pay a non refundable deposit of $1500. I'm sorry, what. You expect me to pay a non refundable deposit prior to putting my trip into writing. I don't think so.
