We booked a Rhine River Cruise & Mediterranean ship trip package with My Cruises - June - July 25. As it was our first ship cruise plus a gift for our 10 Wedding Ann, we wanted a smooth,exciting trip. We made many enquiries with MC about getting access to Santuary Club on ship ( adult only area), Cons. advises both verbally & with email that we had this service. Great. Upon getting on ship, NO we didn't & there was no record that MC had checked with Ship. How disappointing for us , nothing could be done at that point. After contacting MC - very slow response. Was a misunderstanding. ! Not at all what the email advised us, So they completely mislead, and fobbed us off. Very poor staff training & attention to detail. BE VERY AWARE of this Company - they definitely aren't the cheapest, & consultants are poor quality . Mike was an absolute gem to work with in liaising our flights for our upcoming cruise. We're first time cruisers and have limited travel under our belts, he took the time to get to know us and worked with us back and forth to ensure we were super happy with all legs of our journey. No question was a silly one and Mike was super patient going back and forth until we were entirely happy. Thanks so much for such a great experience, we're really looking forward to our trip now!

I made a booking with My Cruises and was keen to be near our friends who booked earlier. They booked with Octavia Whittaker and when I rang to book, she was on the phone. The agent Pani Reti said he could handle the booking and ensure Octavia was made aware we had booked. That is exactly what he did, and Octavia has since called me back to confirm all the details. Both agents were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Pani answered my questions quickly and confidently. I have no reservations in recommending these agents to others. Well Done.

We value the "packaging" aspect of the MyCruises deals. Transfers, flights and cruising all co-ordinated, with flexibility to alter arrangements to suit our plans. The agent Jason Stegmann has been very helpful, and also Temira Karcher.

I would thoroughly and highly recommend My Cruises. My experience with them being our first ever booking was amazing. The cruise was fantastic, although luckily I had a consultant Jamie Miller who advised me it was actually 3 back to back cruises, I asked to be in the same room for all 3 cruises which she organised. This made for a good experience as we didn't have to pack up and change rooms during our 3 weeks cruise. The flights were great times and omg the accommodation before our cruise in Athens was incredible, the roof top bar looked up to the acropolis. The accommodation after the cruise in Barcelona had an amazing roof top infinity pool and bar, even had complementary champagne on arrival. What a way to finish off an amazing holiday. We loved it so much and great value for money we have another cruise booked for next year.

Contacted MyCruises to discuss flying in early and staying later for our booked tour. Wanted to change fly in destination and add on extra accommodation in same hotels where tour begins and ends. Talked to Cat, who was extremely helpful and explained that this could easily be accommodated and made a reference in our file for when the flight and hotel bookings are made. Cat also explained the extra costs that may be incurred. With this all sorted, I am happy to pay our second deposit.

I spoke with Jorden K. and Rebecca G. regarding our enquiry for a Japanese Cherry Blossom Cruise in March 2027. Both Cruise Consultants were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My calls were answered very quickly, considering I called and spoke with Jorden on the Saturday and Rebecca the following day, so both calls during the weekend. We have been using MyCruises for over five years now, and apart from the odd hiccup, they have been very good. Our first experience was on the aborted Indian Ocean cruise from Dubai to Cape Town in March 2020. Yes - just as Covid-19 broke out! That experience was extremely challenging, and MyCruises really weren't all that helpful at the time. But now, with the benefit of hindsight, they were as much in the dark as everyone else. Nobody knew what to do! It was really stressful when Emirates cancelled our home bound flight the day before we were due to come home, but that was beyond MyCruises control too. We survived it, and it was a blessing we got home safely and without Covid!
