Mike was an absolute gem to work with in liaising our flights for our upcoming cruise. We're first time cruisers and have limited travel under our belts, he took the time to get to know us and worked with us back and forth to ensure we were super happy with all legs of our journey. No question was a silly one and Mike was super patient going back and forth until we were entirely happy. Thanks so much for such a great experience, we're really looking forward to our trip now!
