MSC provides value for money
MSC provides value for money, the food and some of the entertainment has improved over the years. The staff on a whole are great and hard working. However there are still a lot of improvements that MSC could make to the cruise experience, specifically to how they deal with complaints when issues are raised and to provide and/ or offer a written response on the action they will take to address any complaint raised.

We had a fantastic time on this cruise
We had a fantastic time on this cruise. The places we visited were amazing! There was so much to do onboard for all of us including 2 teenagers. I would recommend getting the fun pass as it is well worth the money. My husband has a peanut allergy and the waiter we had in the main dining room really looked after him. We can't wait to book again.

A great cruise going where we wanted to go. All crew,staff, personnel were pleasant and helpful. Food was excellent, in the dining room and buffet. Quality and variety outstanding. Cabin was roomy and comfortable. Family oriented cruise ships not our favourite but we had no complaints about this cruise
