First ever cruise and not the last MSC great experience
We had our first ever cruise and this was to celebrate our honeymoon, we decided to go for the yacht club experience and were looked after from the moment walked on board until the day our cruise finished. we will definitely be booking again!

MSC Musica, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
This was our first cruise ever and we thoroughly enjoyed it on the MSC Musica from start to finish. The ship had undergone a refurb in 2024 and you could tell by the standard of the finishes. Everything was made simple from embarkation to disembarkation including bar & restaurant service and onshore transfers. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was exemplary and made for an extremely relaxing trip. So much so we’ve booked a cruise with MSC for 2026, albeit different ship and route.

Dreadful service,
Dreadful service, Failure to deal with issues promtly, poor service at the bars, hot buffet food served cold constantly, staff unable to communicate through language barriers, poor english speaking, badly organised trips leading to 2 hour wait in the pouring rain to embark on the ship, there are so many issues I could write a book about it.

Nice ship -MSC orchestra
Nice ship , excellent staff and good value for money. The Mediterranean destinations are fabulous and everything runs like clockwork. As with most cruises the buffet and bars are busy and difficult to get served at.
