Not a good trip. Worst cruise we have been on.
I think the only way to enjoy an MSC cruise is to use the yacht Club, but the price is high, but a better way of life.

Extremely helpful staff
I have mobility issues and the team could not have been more helpful. They even checked up on me mid cruise to ensure I had all I needed. Getting on and off the ship they were there and keen to help. Getting round the ship I was aware they were keeping an eye yet not intrusive.

Food in MDR was poor
Food in MDR was poor, choice and quality of meals were poor. Choice for children was limited. Place to sit and relax after evening meal, not a lot of space or seating available.

A superb experience
It was, for lack of words to use, a "superbly wonderful wowed experience ". Can't really fault anything apart from the cost of internet. Although if one books in advance, it reduces the cost a bit. Apart from that it was a really great value for money experience. Can't wait to embark on another one real soon!!!

Good value for money - very recommend able
Food are good both in buffet or complimentary restaurant. Housekeeping services is superb very customer focused. Night shows are very well organised and enjoyable. Welcome service of complimentary restaurant can be more flexible for timeslots outside selected one, ie walk-in or first-come-first-serve, in that a soon-coming member of the same group can be counted in allocating table

A very well worth it experience. The selection of food, the variety and amount of food at the buffet was worth it. There are lots of activities for both the young and the young at hearts to keep everyone happy
