Don’t believe the reviews about the grub
Wonderful cruise with superb staff.
Doing all the right things except need more cleaning in cabins and not cold food in the buffet

Bad customer service, no smiles or hellos. The only time we got smiles was when we were leaving the ship. Even though food has some variety, but it was the same through the whole week, and was bland. Rooms were not clean. Entertainment was very short, and average, not that entertaining. The magician was poor, knew all his tricks and seen one of the tricks behind a curtain. Pools shut early for children, and sun lounges packed away at 8pm.

We fell in love with MSC. Our first cruise and it did not disappoint. The MSC Seaview is beautiful, got the real wow factor. The high points for us were the theatre shows, never missed a night, the food (buffet, silver dolphin and Tempanaki) exceeded our expectations. Loads of choice, delicious and available round the clock. Spa treatments were fab. The excursions albeit a little pricey were amazing, loads of choice. But the shining star or starts where the staff. They were simply amazing. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and they really looked after you. A few issues with our internet as in it didn't work for us but we only booked for 1 day so it wasnt a massive big deal. We are already looking to rebook a cruise for next year and we are definitely going with MSC!

If your a family ship then remember Grandma and Grandad Extra care could be given in the ship if you see an elderly people living looking for a seat then the senior people should be about so they they have a seat not let’s go to the nd t place and then you end up sitting in Guest services Grandma and Grandad want to be part of the ships atmosphere and food not great.

The size of the ship is very important when choosing a cruise. The Virtuosa was too big for us . Everywhere was very busy. Going on and off board , although well organised, took a long time . The buffet was extremely busy. On my mobility scooter I could not read the food labelling so I found it difficult.
