Fabulous cruise, loved it all
This is our second cruise with MSC and this one was fabulous. From the staff who are extremely friendly and make you feel special to the food that seems to be constantly flowing. Loved the main dining and they have a separate gluten free menu. The cabin are big and the ship has everything on there. I had thd drinks and Internet package and both worth it. Will go again excellent value for money

Our 3rd time cruising with msc
Our 3rd time cruising with msc. And the worst of the 3. Overcrowded. The modern way seems to be to cram in as many passengers as possible at the expense of the passenger experience. Very different to our other 2 msc cruises.

I love a good Cruise and MSC delivered…
I love a good Cruise and MSC delivered on both quality and quantity. Apart from one or two small negatives I would definitely sail with them again. The staff are fantastic. The food is good and there's always plenty to do on the ship. Smoothest ship I've been on thus far.

Great ship - Seascape
Our first time cruising and won't be our last. Seascape was beautiful and the staff were amazing.

Family - 3 adults, 2 children
We were two families, 3 adults, 2 children, with a dinner set at 9.15pm! Requested change and never been contacted back, even with a message "sorry, not possible to do!". Gala Dinner, we arrived 9.25pm, staff were very unhappy and refuse us entry as "too late", even though one day before we were queening until 9.40pm! Stayed in a cabin on 5th floor, not possible to sleep until 2am at least as above us were commercial units (bars, restaurants, shops) open till late and a lot of noises were heard, first, from the people on holiday enjoying themselves, later, from the staff trying to sort things out / prepare for next day. All swimming pools with very very salty water, swimming goggles were needed even when in the water to splash and have some fun with children, forget to dive in!
