Not great
Positive - staff are great, friendly and cant do enough for you. Cabin was kept well by house keeping. The ship is generally clean and the toilets are cleaned all day. Negative - the ship is severely overcrowded, there's nothing to do onboard. They have some themed nights but not for me or my family. There aren't enough bars or seats to relax on. You can visit deck 15 but turns cold at night on a European trip. The cabins are so small and no where near enough room for a family to get ready to go out.

The embarkation process on the Virtuosa presented initial challenges due to the high volume of passengers. While the following day showed improvement, passenger density remained significant. The staff was consistently friendly, and the food selection was satisfactory.

The attractive price is not worth it
The attractive price is what will get you to book. But the onboard extras all need to be paid for - everything seemed to be an additional cost and varied in ludicrous amounts. Some areas on board are extremely over saturated with guests - hard to find a decent place to relax and get a seat. Lastly the food - awful! The buffet was not able to keep up with the amount of people - especially as so many guests did not like the food at the main dining restaurants so ended up at the buffet resulting in large queues. The only decent food was - you guessed it…at the pay for restaurants.
