The Sales team were accurate, attentive, listened and delivered on timescales, having managed my expectations. The field based team in the shape of Ashley Griffiths, who came out to assess my needs in the first instance and then to deliver and ‘fit/test’ the Alber E-Motion wheels, was patient, thorough and clearly very experienced and knowledgable. I'm fairly sure delivery was much longer that originally thought, however have been kept well in the loop and both assessment and handover times were adhered to.

It would have been 5 stars had I not had puncture after only 6 days and had not even been outside with it. I rang Motus and they agreed to send a new inner tube.The valve stem base was leaking so unable to repair.The complaint was handled efficiently by Kat in customer services so thankyou. As a former motor technician I fitted the inner tube myself and was back in use. I am very pleased with the wheelchair, the handover by Mat was very good, a sound and friendly guy. Absolutely changed my daughter's life with the wheelchair/Triride attachment. Becky, Dawn and Mark from Motus were fantastic and we are so, so grateful. We went for the first dog walk today with my daughter able to get herself about. It was the easiest walk we've had for 5 years!

Sarah and Ash gave me all help l needed to enable me to acquire my Wheel chair. and all l needed added to it to make it so l could use it. Through a injury l endured whilst it was being made for me .l have not yet been able to use it.as my pain has not been controlled enough to do so. but it is better than it was so hopefully very soon l will be able to get in it. Thank you Motus Medical .So looking forward to using it one day soon ...will let you share that day with me.❤

Always very helpful and punctual

I received my Quickie Nitrum from Motus Medical yesterday and I cannot commend them enough. I've bought from other wheelchair companies before, but the customer service with Motus Medical has outstripped them all. I was originally a bit dubious about getting a wheelchair from sales reps who weren't wheelchair users themselves, but the Motus Medical team were very knowledgeable, expert and supportive. And, what I think is incredibly important when purchasing a mobility aid, they really listened to what I actually NEEDED and didn't try to up-sell adaptations etc. if they weren't going to be of benefit for me. The office staff were also incredibly lovely and helped me navigate getting the chair through Access to Work in terms of assisting me to gather different quotes for the chair. Production time was amazing - once the order was submitted, the chair was ready within a few weeks. I had a handover appointment and Duncan was fantastic. Lovely man and he made sure everything on my chair was set up perfectly for me - he even went above and beyond and re-set up my Smartdrive on my new chair. I am overjoyed with the chair, it brought instant relief and it's testament to Motus Medical helping me to get this right. I can't thank them enough!

The engineer was well presented Knowledgable and nothing was too much. He idetified the problem made a few adjustments and the issue was resolved. he listened to my other concerns and addressed them which has improved the safety of the chair.

I think between you and Mobility Trust you have done a fantastic thing in raising the money and supplying the scooter. It's tested my patience in waiting for it but I am so happy to have it now. Thank you to everyone.
