I had a home demonstration of Argon 2 manual wheelchair and was happy with the product and Mark helped my through the different add on at my maximum budget. We kept it at my budget, so i went ahead and ordered the Argon 2, they kept in touch with me with every progress. Mark is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone at Motus was so kind & helpful, the chair is really comfortable and it has made me feel and be more independent which is brilliant. I have now now been out on my own and people smile and stop to talk to me so I feel far less isolated than before and the more I go out the more confident I feel.

This company was great step by step the guided me and kept me up to date with my order as my order was running a little late they even offered to service my current wheelchair free of cost so I can still move around not many places will do that from a personal experience so thank you very much guys

Duncan was amazing, he was really knowledgeable about the different wheelchairs and guided us with our decision. The wheelchair we order was perfect and we loved the colours. My son has been self propelling ever since 👍🏻

Great customer service from demonstration stage to chair handover

Not value for money £160 for a service and to not replace the anti slip strips on foot plate for this price is not what I would expect. When you are disabled you need everything to be perfect and this was the reason I booked it in for a service to put all these things right. Handles still do not feel right, had the adjust the height and they have gone lose again. However, he did do a good clean and checked the tyre pressure

They were prompt and ready to start work. He was polite and friendly and fixed the problem with my daughters wheelchair quickly and efficiently.

I was very impressed with the demonstration of a 'Triride' to improve my mobility in our rural area, but sadly disappointed by the delay in final delivery of it, which ultimately was 6-8 weeks later than I had been told. In that time nobody at Modus Medical bothered to update me on the progress of my order, despite my having paid a substantial 50% deposit. Improved communication & consideration towards customers who have spent a substantial amount on equipment to improve their lifestyle, would make a big difference!

The service was eficient and the engineer polite and helpful. My only criticism was the very high charge for the call out.

We were helped by a person called Becky and she was absolutely amazing. She kept us well informed and went out of her way to ensure we got the wheels we required for our daughter. I really can’t thank her enough.
