Incredible customer experience with Motus, everything from the initial call about equipment, to the assesments and then the delivery of our son's chair has been been so smooth. Motus was great throughout the process of purchasing my wheelchair, they kept me informed of when the wheelchair was on its way and delivered it to my home address with a demonstration of how it works. Thank you

Friendly and professional and made sure my daughter was happy with her wheelchair after the repairs with a test run.

Tom Dobson was professional, never pushy, he just demonstrated the chair and answered all my questions. He then said he'd send the details through and I could follow up, if I wished. I wanted it there and then. It took a while to arrive, but the good thing was that Tom actually brought it...I've had chairs sent by couriers, who have informed me that they don't know a thing about the wheelchair. The chair needed adjusting and Tom was more than happy to do it. I would say I had a very positive experience and am happy to put forward this review, with my thanks to Tom Dobson and Motus Medical.

Have to disagree with the positive posts in my case. Having learned I have heart failure and can’t walk more than 10 metres. I looked around for a wheelchair and ‘Easy Living Mobility’ have a wide offering and 4 of the models seem interesting. So I sent in the ‘book a demo’ form. Surprisingly a woman from Motus Medical unsolicited called me and explained their sister Co Easy Living Mobility don’t sell wheelchairs at all, the ads are for Motus. She explained that Motus don’t sell 2 of the models of interest and trashed the Whill wheelchairs, evan tho Easy Living Mobility advertise them…I asked why they waste people time…’oh thats life’. I asked to check they had the correct latest version of the other 2 models for demo. She assured me they did, even tho she could not check to be sure and didn’t seem to care. I said I want to be sure I get a demo of the correct model. She hummed, erm I don’t think we are the right seller for you, and put the phone down. Never mind my heart failure condition and £20k budget. Questions not allowed. Guess she still gets paid for selling nothing. Scratch Motus Medical. Plonkers…company and intolerant woman.

The last 3 years motus medical has really looked after me especially Kat. I would even say we have become friends. Greg the guy who does my service etc has always been great. Friendly but professional. Kat the service manager has been fantastic. Again friendly but professional but to me she’s an angel in disguise!! Thank you very much Motus medical for really looking after me so much. I so appreciate all the help I’ve had. Well done !!!

A great experience purchasing my son a new powerchair! Tom was great and new chair delivered and set up for him in approx 8 weeks from order.

I was hesitant about getting a new power chair but Mark, Denise and Marie made it very easy. I received my chair on 18th of June and honestly couldn't be happier. It does everything I want it to and is a breeze to drive. I highly recommend Motus Mobility and will recommend to all my power chair friends.
