Still not completed last Monday job, not satisfaction, see attached pictures footplates obstruct front wheel.

Fabulous customer service, liaising with us and a company for power add on that they do not usually deal with. There was an issue with the product on delivery which they sorted for us with ease. Handover was good. Product is great. Thanks!

Great service all the way! Friendly and helpful receptionist, very detailed engineer home visit who went through all the options for chair and straightforward ordering. Kept up to date on build progress. When the chair was delivered, the engineer set up everything as I wanted it and went through safety and operating procedures. Top service!

Excellent company. Courteous and efficient. Was kept up to date of progress while waiting for my wheelchair to be built. Can't fault them on anything and will definitely use them again.

The technician was friendly and polite, he arrived on time. He helped me to transfer and reposition equipment after he left. Which was something I had concerns about as my own arrangement had fallen through. A positive, professional and stress free service.
