We couldn't have done this without Becky's advice, help and persistence in securing funding from their charity partners and Duncan offered some great advice on the actual chair along with a speedy service. Explained everything

Excellent customer service and support from all there team from choosing the wheelchair prefect for me to receiving my chair. All of the team ensured I had full support throughout my purchase and great technical support with the chair. I would 100% recommend this company for any of you mobility equipment.

Would like to have given 5 stars, especially for service provided by Matt (Mohr) as he has been great. But one item wasn't correct and one item still awaiting delivery.

Everyone are friendly and helpful. Very polite. My chair was fixed quickly when the parts arrived. Very pleased with the service I received.

Very responsive to an emergency repair I needed with a degree of empathy and concern for the customer's needs and difficulties which was second to none in my experience. Sets the standard that should be followed by the whole industry!

We purchased a power chair from Motus Medical and the service and communication throughout has been first class. Both Karen in the office and Duncan in the field have been personable, professional and customer focussed throughout. We took ownership today and had a thorough handover from Duncan.

The service has been fantastic, there was a situation that could not have been anticipated. When my chair broke down before receiving my new chair from Motus, Motus were kind enough to loan me a chair. Every time I contacted then nothing was to much trouble.

Company excellent. Only reason 4* not 5 because of delay in actuality getting wheelchair which was due to its production being moved from one country to another. Rep, Mark worth his weight in gold. Admin also very efficient

I contacted Motus to organise a service of the Wheelchair that I bought from them some time ago. Request was dealt with politely and quickly and a date fixed. The engineer arrived as booked and did a great job servicing the Wheelchair which feels like new again. He was very polite and gave me a full summary of what had been done and answered my other questions.

This company were very quick to respond and make appointment to visit with test chairs. Mark weston who came out was very professional, knowledgeable and at no point did I feel I was pressured into anything. He came back with two different models until we got the right one. I would definitely recommend this company
