Wonderful company to work with. The staff where great from sending me someone who knew what they were talking about and others who kept me undate even when l was unsure of something. I would mention name but l not sure if you are aloud to do this on this type of review, anyway all can say is that l would recommend this company because in my experience it was great to purchase my wheelchair from them. I would recommend other people to use this company based on my experience .

Duncan was very attentive to the task of fitting out and fine tuning the controls on Jessica’s Wheelchair. Jess has been stuck relying on a pushed manual chair for the past 6-7 years. Others have tried to solve the problem but couldn’t or didn’t have the interest or love that Duncan showed. May God Bless all the team at Modus Medical Ltd, a truly caring company!

To be honest 5 stars is not enough to convey the service we have received from every department of Motus Medical. Right from the original enquiry through to the collection/delivery of my son’s wheelchair Motus has made our journey smooth experience. Becky help us with all the charity connections, she liaised with the OT service, charities and ourselves, gave me a nudge if I forgot to do anything, I don’t know how we would have got through without her. Matt came to the house, helped our son pick out his frame colour, wheels spoke guards etc, talked through everything with OT to ensure it was exactly what was needed, went through all the various parts, adjustable bits etc with us. Fantastic service, I could not recommend them more

Great service and very helpful and friendly staff

Matt came a measured up for my wheelchair and he bought a couple of wheelchairs what I had requested to see and try out. During the consultation Matt was knowledgeable to what I needed and explained everything in detail and never tried a hard sell only what I needed and the pros and cons. Well I now I have my wheelchair and Matt bought it out to me and set it up and showed how it all works and made sure it was fitting me and all was ok. Great service from start to finish and great communication from Karen who made sure from the point of sale I was notified along the way on how my order was going. Big Thank you to Motus Medical Team

Brilliant service, very helpful through every step of the way purchasing my new wheelchair and I am incredibly happy with the product. Customer service and email replies are very quick and helpful, I couldn’t ask for better service throughout my experience purchasing a brand new wheelchair.

Had a good deal of help and advice from all that helped me make the choice of bike to have . good trial at home for me to see how well i would manage with the mad max and the hand over was great answers to questions I had shown how to set it up tips on how to get most out of it. They were great at the job and very polite too. My off road chair gets a hard life but they maintain it and repair things when I manage to overdo things. I will happily recommend Motus Medical to friends.

Excellent communication throughout the process of ordering personalising and delivering and adjusting the chair. Karen kept me informed about progress and delivery. Duncan visited me at home to see my current chair and understand my needs. He delivered my chair and adjusted it with me in it. Motus Medical is an excellent company to purchase an electric wheelchair from. I would highly recommend them.

From my very first phone call to arrange a home demonstration, through to the delivery was easy. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Matt brought the chair home 3 weeks before Christmas which made delivery a little longer than it should have been, but it was just one of those things. When Matt delivered my chair, he spent time to make sure I was comfortable and made the small adjustments that were necessary. I would highly recommend the company to anybody who is looking for a new power chair. Definitely a 5 star company.
