Great product, poor communication....
I was very impressed with the demonstration of a 'Triride' to improve my mobility in our rural area, but sadly disappointed by the delay in final delivery of it, which ultimately was 6-8 weeks later than I had been told. In that time nobody at Modus Medical bothered to update me on the progress of my order, despite my having paid a substantial 50% deposit.
Improved communication & consideration towards customers who have spent a substantial amount on equipment to improve their lifestyle, would make a big difference!
