I had an excellent experience renting a car with Mode. The pickup at the airport and the drop-off were both on time. The car was new and in great condition. I couldn't believe how affordable the price was! I wholeheartedly recommend Mode to anyone looking to rent a car.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have rented a car through Mode Rentals in Christchurch and the experience is always excellent, from pick up to drop off. I like the flexible insurance options and the rental rates are reasonable. They also refund a taxi fare to the airport for up to $30 for after hours returns. Thanks guys.

Met us in person outside office hours to handover keys. Very thorough list of photos of vehicles condition was emailed to us. Our Toyota Rav 4 hybrid was in brilliant condition and was a pleasure to drive. Certainly enhanced our holiday experience.

From the start, communication was helpful, professional and accurate. What with my change of dates, late arrival due to flight detour to Sydney(!) and addition of son as driver, all went very smoothly upon pick up and drop off. Car was excellent. Team at Mode rentals are superb in communications, providing top notch service. The Rav4 that we rented was pretty new and in good condition. I would definitely hire vehicles from Mode in future as they know what they are doing.

Picked up car from Queenstown reasonable price and friendly staff can check in online really easy to pick up the car and drop off and their shuttle pick up up from airport and drop off so had a really good experience with them thanks u guys

Excellent service from the shuttle pick up from the airport to the process of the collection of my rental In addition, when I returned the vehicle, process was efficient, bond refunded quickly. Overall staff were very professional and friendly. Vehicle was ready on time.

I booked a rental car for my move using one of the relocation deals. Everything worked out perfectly. I picked up the car in Christchurch on Sunday. The staff were very friendly and the car was in good and clean condition. I really enjoyed the drive to Queenstown. The return of the car on Monday went smoothly and I received my bond back shortly. The app didn't work, so more time was wasted doing the duplicate admin work on collection. Also staff never appeared to acknowledge the need to be speedy at drop off
