From the start
From the start, communication was helpful, professional and accurate. What with my change of dates, late arrival due to flight detour to Sydney(!) and addition of son as driver, all went very smoothly upon pick up and drop off. Car was excellent. Drove well and did all we needed. Will use Mode again! Thank you :)
