Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

They totally messed up everything they could and no one will take responsibility. I never received a phone or sim but they ported my mobile number anyway so my current phone was cut off! Managers don't seem to care and will not speak to me or call me back. Even tho the contract was already approved last week they carried out a second credit check for no reason when I expressly told them they are not to do anything more until a manager calls me. This is a serious breach and I'm complaining to the ico. Im fed constant lies about what's happening and then nothing happens. Head office don't answer the phone. Other 1 star reviews confirm that if anything goes wrong there is no interest in helping sorting it out. Avoid and go direct, you will regret it if anything goes wrong as you will have no help in resolving it. Check out the other mobile phones direct account on here with 30 negative reviews! They need merging so customers see the truth. Facebook comments are also shocking with many people having issues that are unresolved

Obviously the people taking the orders are from call centres in another country. Firstly I got refused credit. When we got to the bottom of it the agent had spelt my 1st name wrong so I had to send a copy of my driving licence as proof. Next I ordered a phone with them with 100gb of data. Mobile phones direct Sent the contract through with 30gb. When I approached them they didn't want to know. I contacted 02 who were extremely helpful and they increased my data as a good will gesture. Very cheap contracts but the agents are very unhelpful and don't want to help when things go wrong. Thankyou for your reply I keep on checking my O2 account and still have NOT received the extra data. Will you as a company inform me when this has been completed.

Got a contract. 2 days later they cancelled due to a technical error and the phone was no longer available. HAD A EMAIL FROM DPD SAYING PHONE WAS ON ITS WAY, then at the last minute when it was due to be delivered they recalled the iPhone parcel. I now have Vodaphone contacting me saying I have a new contract. SORT YOURSELF OUT. Idiots. DONT ADVERTISE CHEAP DEALS AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH

11 days and counting - no phone arrived. Credit check done, money taken , vodaphone contract and number happened - but no handset - keep getting fobbed off with excuses and no one every. does what they say they will.
