Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

My son washed cars and saved up to buy a phone . We chose the phone - he got all excited - this was 11 days ago. I have a contract and a number with vodaphone - i have had a full credit check , the money is gone form my account, my vodaphone contract started 11 days ago - STILL NO PHONE - total lies every blooming day . !!! Its school holidays, my son has no phone and this company could not care less. Heartache and tears this end - !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Mobile phone order
Mobile phones direct were extremely prompt with their response to my order. They required further information which I supplied and in no time at all it was sorted and my order was on its way. Very impressed. I have used Mobile Phones Direct a couple of times before and would definitely use them again.

They cancelled my order late-process…
They cancelled my order late-process due to their mistake. They cancelled so late the phone was at my local depot. This had a knock on affect of affecting my credit rating while looking for another phone. I'd ordered screen protector/covers etc I had to return etc. Honestly would not deal with again

Before I received my phone YOU cancelled the order, then YOU emailed me to say that I requested this cancellation. When I contacted you all you could tell me was there had been an error and that deal wasn’t available and it was just tough luck and nothing I could do about it. YOU also said it was just automated emails that you are allowed to send that are full of lies. I am still awaiting a call back and have an 11 year old autistic son who is not holding it together at all as this was what he picked. Poor service from the moment you got my money.

Worse experience ever mobile phone direct made a mistake so they cancelled our order and we had already provided PAC code when we ordered so ended up losing our number and mobile phone direct were unhelpful

Extremely helpful on the phone
Extremely helpful on the phone, sorted to keep existing number with same supplier. We had problems with e-mail but she persisted to get me sorted. Even phoned back when said they would, not many do this nowadays. All in great service.
