Person 9n phone is incompetent i asked to update my 02 contract now im on 3 not wot was asked for also all I could hear was people in the background laughing and joking The lady was called Tiffany and was absoulte waste of time not happy at all I've been with 02 8 years I told her I was thinking bout leaving but was going to stay as might be handset see said can't do any deals.on 02 then out of no were I.hqve a 3 contract if it's no good it's coming straight back to you I've used mobile phones direct for years and this will be the last time I do

Highly recommended

Purchased 2 phones now through mobile phones direct and both times they have been easy to order and quick delivery. The people I've always spoke to have been polite, friendly and really helpful. I will definitely be purchasing all our phones through this company. Highly recommend

After coming to the end of contract failed to offer sim only deal

After coming to the end of contract, contacted Mobile Phones direct to try and go onto a sim only deal. Despite being with 02 for a considerable amount of time and having a contract via Mobile Phones Direct , they apparently do not offer this ! Pushy salesman tried to ask me to get a new contract/ handset despite me saying I didn't want one and was happy ... this happened 4 times ! I thought they were a great company when joined but sadly not. Why would you not want to keep a customer and not offer a sim only deal? This means even more faffing around as usual. Joe

Cancelled my order for no reason

Cancelled my order through Samsung, claim it was the network who rejected but after lengthy calls with both O2 and Samsung all fingers point here. Company operates in a dodgy way, hiding their trail. They call themselves MobileShop through Samsung, which has a 1.5 star rating on trust pilot and a non-existent website. Their support staff have no power to do anything. No help. Terrible experience all round. Tried to convince me to order through a different site I have never heard of, seems fishy.

A very bad experience

I purchased a brand new iPhone 15. The phone arrived. I started the set up and the phone froze and became too hot to touch. I contacted mobile phones direct and was given no real help. Even though I had only had the phone for 14 hours I was told I would need to take it to an Apple Store even though I explained it was 40 miles away and would take over an hour. I was told if I returned the phone they would send it off and have it analysed leaving me with no phone. I asked countless times for a new phone to be sent out and said I would give the faulty phone to the delivery driver. They would not even consider this. My partner took the phone to the Apple Store for me and they were absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated and couldn’t believe I was not given a new phone. It was a software issue which was common with the first batch of iPhone 15’s so they said my phone had been sat in a shelf for almost a year !! I will not use mobile phones direct again and do not recommend them at all.
