The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying…

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

Finally Switched

I finally switched to Mint to reduce my monthly bill. So far, it’s been seamless and over the course of a year, I’ll save hundreds of dollars. I wish they offered wireless internet!

Mint support, NONE

Been with Mint for over 6 months and service is ok. I purchased a new iPhone trading a Samsung phone. Samsung has a SIM card and iPhones only accept eSIM. Contacted Mint and they said no problem, but after the fact, no service. They send the verification for the new eSIM to the iPhone that does not work so how do you install as phone does not work for messages with no number. I spent a full day with support, and they kept passing me off to different people that were no help. Talked to at least 4 different people on day 1 and 2 so far on day 2. Not sure about day 3, yet. Day 2, I called for a pin number to port my phone number, and they refused to release my number. Said it takes 24 hrs, never heard that before. So not sure how long I will be without my phone number being active but will get away from Mint.

SCAM....Worst customer service ever.

I contacted mint mobile sales department to see if I could use my old number and phone. They checked and said I could use my existing number and that my phone was compatible. I told him I'd call back in a few weeks when my existing plan ended. I was told to get their offer I need to pay for it now and I could activate it when I was ready. when my existing plan ended, I called to activate my plan with Mint, and they activated my phone. I canceled my old service but found out later in the day that when I made a call, I could hear the person I was calling but they could not hear me. I used my wife's phone to contact Mint, and they told me my phone was only partially compatible and that if I wanted the people I called to hear me I'd have to buy one of their phones for around $1000. I told them I would never have switched if I had been told my phone was not going to work properly. They did not care (talked with a manager also who sounded exactly like the unhelpful rep I had just talked with}. Frustrated, I asked how they could resolve the situation without purchasing a new phone and they said they would return my money. over a month later, I still have no money, so I called them and they hung up on me. So I read their stock reply they send to everyone. Don't waste your time. I called that number already and they hung up on me. Mr Reynolds, you need to distance yourself from these scam artists!

Avoid

Avoid. I canceled bc mint was not for me days after using it. I was granted a RMA for return for refund. Well they received my phone on Dec 6 2024 and I have yet to receive my refund. Good luck speaking to someone who can help. Out of my 6 times going through their chat. All I get is it is still in process with refund team at our warehouse. They can't get in touch nor you with refund team. All they can do is send a follow up to that slow ass team. My phone number i turned in is being used by someone else already so they have received my phone.i think they are wanting me to quit contacting them to keep my phone and plan I purchased at $330.** To the Mint Mobile response below. Sure I'll do the live chat for the 6th time and get the same response as always." Sorry for this inconvenience but your refund is in process, please wait 7 to ten days for processing." Which it never does process.

Mint wireless ?

I am so surprised that Ryan Reynolds of all people put his name associated with mint wireless. All that is to rip off, I signed up for the 40 every 3 months, and it was supposed to last forever. One month service sucks, you're better off. Going somewhere else i'm stuck for now my real review is this -100 check your bill UPDATE And they don't even have the audacity to get ahold of us, they give us a generic reply. what happened to they're not gonna do like everybody else. Does they did? They smiled in your face and stabbed you in the back with nothing but lies

Nothing but a great experience

There is nothing but great things to say about Mint Mobile. I took the leap a few years ago and had nothing but a fantastic experinence since then. I go out of my way to tell everyone about this mind blowing deal. I can't understand, why others are so afraid to try Mint. My only regret, is why I didn't jump sooner.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a plan for my wife and I. Spent $150 on a plan, we missed the sign up window and they will not transfer what Ive spent towards a future plan. I do want to have them as a carrier, but just a terrible customer service experience. Lectured by customer service rep. Will not be returning and spreading the word not to use them.
