Mint Mobile has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.
I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option
There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally
I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

Honestly, connection is not bad. But mostly not available or bad connection in California. And why don't have any promotions for continuing users . we switched from veriozn and it should be better than them.Thank you.

Mint Mobile is so much more affordable for someone with just one line! Great service, every bit as good as my previous two servers, but within a small budget! I Pay for a full year for under $200.... No one can beat this....Very satisfied!!!

The agent understood & spoke English very well with very little accent. Most importantly, she was able to resolve issue quickly, effectively & professionally which has not been the case on several other phone conversations with other agents.

When we started with Mint it was very difficult and time consuming for my son Jaret to get his line set up. He still has very poor connection and can't receive texts. We talked to several customer service representatives that each gave us a different answer to what the problem could be. Maybe my own fault but I thought it was going to be $15/line, but that was only for 3 months. If things don't change with my sons service he will be going with a different provider.

I have enjoyed using Mint Mobile for the past year. Changing from Verizon to Mint was a terrible experience (Verizon was horrible, while Mint customer service was kind and helpful). The network is spotty in my area. There are times I cannot make calls or send texts because my phone drops off of the network. I have to go into my phone settings to manually try multiple networks until I get one that works. Otherwise, it has been wonderful. I chose the year long payment option. I got a text telling me it was time to renew. It is nice to pay all at once and not worry about a phone bill every month. A year of Mint is equal to what we paid for two phones in a MONTH at Verizon. If you leave Verizon, get an UNLOCKED phone from Swappa beforehand. Then Verizon cannot render your paid off phone useless like they did to ours. Get Mint's chip beforehand as well. Take a weekend to switch carriers.
