The phone plan for Mint has been great.

The phone plan for Mint has been great. But then i decided to buy a new phone with them. How dare I do that! Worst company ever. The phone never even made it to me and i was charged $500. I never got the phone and they refused any support at all. Confirmed delivered by Fedex to H.H.H. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. it was clearly stolen. I purchased insurance but i never even got the phone to activate it. Im tired of getting danced around. I want my money back.

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying…

I have wasted an hour in Europe trying to get WiFi calling to work. It has worked on and off and now Mint doesn't even recognize my number. I renewed (annual) on the condition they make the feature work from Europe and they promised. Now I've been on the phone twice, wasting 40 min on two diff calls with two reps, promising they would fix it. f Mint and they'd get a MINUS 1 if that were an option

There should be 2 separate reviews ,one for the service which seems good so far and the second for customer service website and app which totally SUCKS! Been trying all day to log in and it won't recognize either of my mint numbers so I have. O access to my accounts. Customer service is clueless. Spent hrs on the phone with them . They can't help. So now I'm stuck with no account access and no way to change payment method since I do not give payment information over the phone verbally

Poor qualitu

I just want to say, THE QUALITY OF MINT IS TERRIBLE FOR ME. I live in north Seattle, and I pay for the premium mint plan, and I'm only able to make calls and use data for about six hours per 24 day. During business hours, I rarely am even able to make a call l. Maybe there's something unique about my situation, but my advice is don't use mint if you live in Seattle and need a reliabke network.

This is all they write on all the bad…

This is all they write on all the bad reviews and if you call it doesn't help at all. I spent over an hour with three or four different reps all the way to a supervisor and was not satisfied with the service. "Hello Ronne, Thank you for contacting Mint Mobile. Since we are unable to provide direct support here, please contact us through live chat at mintmobile.com or by calling our customer support number 800-683-7392. Very Poor Customer Retention Policy

I am a current Mint client. My plan expires in 51 days. On their web site Mint is offering a new Samsung S25+ at a reduced rate. I contacted their customer retention department and was offered this phone at the full list price. I explained that their web-site was offering the phone at a lower price. The retention employee explained that price was only for new customers. No discount to retain existing clients. What a waste of time. Poor customer retention policy.

DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM MINT

I've used mint since 2021 and like the phone service. it's decent and most what i like is how affordable the plans are. I broke my phone not too long ago and decided to buy a new one, this time directly from mint mobile's online store - something I haven't done before. i regret this decision so much. for starters, it says on the website that order processing takes 24-48 hours. i ordered on a tuesday before 1pm PT, so there should be no hiccups. 120+ hours later and no tracking information to indicate my order had been processed. i contact customer support numerous times and still no update(mind you i paid for the 1-4 day shipping). 5 days later and still no phone and not even a tracking number, so i call to cancel and get a refund, and instead go to a local store to buy a phone in person. they sent an email confirming my cancelation request and then 2 days later they email me telling me the phone has been shipped??? WHY? I already confirmed with them I want to cancel and get my refund. now they tell me i have to wait for the phone to arrive and ship it back if i want my refund. I DID NOT TELL THEM TO CONTINUE WITH THE ORDER YET THEY DECIDED TO ANYWAY. now they state I have to wait up to 10 business days AFTER RECEIVING THE RETURN for them to process it for a refund. all they have done was lie up to this point so i have no reason to believe the refund process will take 10 business days(plus however amount of days for the phone to arrive back to them), it will likely take longer. i then find out that they don't even get their phones directly from the manufacturer, so for all anyone knows you could be getting some refurbished garbage or a device from some shady untrustworthy source. learn from my mistake, if you want mints service then just get their service but DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM MINT MOBILE. instead buy from another source, preferably in person or direct from the manufacturer. Im struggling financially, part of why i use mint and now they are prolonging my struggle by forcing me to wait more than a month to get my money back. so 1 star just because i like the service, but minus 4 stars for all the pain and hardship they have caused me. they do not care about their customers at all. you're just a dollar sign to them and that's it.

Mint mobile is an absolute scam!!

Mint mobile is an absolute scam!!! They sold me a 12 month plan and I only received 6 months. When I called on 3 separate occasions to ask why i kept getting emails stating my plan was only good for 6 months they said it was a buy 6 get 6 for free. In month 6 my son's plan is been canceled and they're telling me I must bring in another line to get my next 6 months for free. That is NOT what I agreed to. SCAM!!!!!!! Regarding your reply - I already did - 3 times and your incompetent employees could not or would not resolve my concern. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and I am reporting you to the BBB.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased a couple of International Passes for a recent vacation. The passes included texts, calls, and data. While on the trip, aside from one day there was no data and almost all calls didn't go through. When I asked for a partial refund for the lack of service I was essentially told "tough luck".
