Very Poor Customer Retention Policy
I am a current Mint client. My plan expires in 51 days. On their web site Mint is offering a new Samsung S25+ at a reduced rate. I contacted their customer retention department and was offered this phone at the full list price. I explained that their web-site was offering the phone at a lower price. The retention employee explained that price was only for new customers. No discount to retain existing clients. What a waste of time. Poor customer retention policy.
