Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

At first contact this company was good but since then they ignore you

At first, contact this company was awesome, always responding to my emails. My accident happened on the 6th February, and I received emails asking me to respond right away so they could claim their expenses from the other insurance company, which I did, however, since this has been settled with them, I have heard nothing about my personal injury claim. I have reached out many times during the last 6 months via email and I dont even receive a reply. We have spoken on the phone after calling them to be told they are just waiting for the final report, which they received back in April! The accident alone has caused my many problems, both mentally and physically, the last thing I need to be doing is chasing a company who cannot even bother to reply.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. Accident April 2022 and still chasing them, they don’t return any phone calls or emails, even been passed through to the complaints dept who acknowledge failure and promised to see through to the end, not heard a peep from them in over a year. Next step Ombudsman, I honestly don’t know how they are trading. The worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Please do not use them you will regret it

Incompetent and uncaring

Incompetent and uncaring. I don't know where they got all of these stars from. They have left me with no choice but to contact the solicitor regulatory authority and the legal ombudsman. I had a car accident last year. They were not my choice but came through the insurance. It's been a constant battle. If you don't call them, nothing happens. I had a car accident September 2023, where the driver reversed out of his driveway into me driving down the road. They therapy sessions were a joke, 20 minutes each. They doctor suggested I get 6 more sessions, which I never got. They told me in May 2024 that they had settled and I would get a cheque in 4-5 weeks. I signed the form which was dated February. I called in July to find out what was happening. They told me that I needed to sign another form, which I did and returned. I called yesterday. Thy told me that they couldn't open the document. I asked "So if I didn't call how would I know?". The person just said, "Well if you don't sign it, you won't get it". Wrong and strong. I've had enough and will leave it to the powers that be. I am registered disabled and they have left me with no choice but to sell my car. I need to live.

First class treatment from Nabeela Mirza…

I was really well Supported by Nabeela Mirza of Minister Law, every step I was informed in very easy emails, Nabeela Mirza took over my claim half way through + really got stuck into my claim, after all her hard work + very caring manner I finalised my claim 20/08/2024, I would like to say thank you to Nabeela Mirza for all off her hard work + polite, professional caring attitude towards myself, many thanks again Mr Peter McGreevy.
