Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

I had a very positive experience today with Katherine. She put me at ease and was so friendly and took time to explain everything to me at every step. I felt very comfortable talking with her and at ease. I was involved in a no fault accident and she understood everything I said and kept me relaxed. Thank you Katherine you are a star.
