Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Just got off the phone with Emma at Minster Law and i must say i never thought making a claim could be enjoyable, i thought it would be awkward and quite uncomfortable to dredge up the past however Emma made me very comfortable and feel valid in my feelings and gave me her all to get my situation sorted. big thankyou!

The initial contact and discussions were great without any issue. After this I had to make contact every few weeks to find out what was the progress of my case. The medical seemed to take an age to arrange and obtain the report. Once the medical report was finalised the process was pretty quick and smooth and professional.

Newcastle January 2024. Minster Law were an important part in a very stressful experience involving an underage and uninsured driver damaging our car. The police assistance was very limited and inexperienced and the offending driver was unresponsive so it was very important that Minster Law kept me informed and was interested in our well being. It did take a long time to resolve via the MIB and Minster Law kept on the control through the whole experience.

My initial interactions with Minster Law were challenging as communication was intermittent hence the 4 star rating however, as soon as I was allocated an efficient case handler, I received an exceptionally professional, friendly and comprehensive service. Rebecca Cooper is an asset to Minister Law who demonstrated competence and care throughout the process. It was my interactions with her that redeemed by view of the service received.

Avoid at all costs - they do not have your interests at best. They will find a way to screw you out of a genuine claim by trying to blame it on any previous complaints to your local doctor. They have made me mentally ill through the lack of support and empathy. I’ve had to put things in place to try and make myself better even when they offered. I am thousands of pounds out of pocket. Am taking my case to the ombudsman. This has been a long battle and shouldn’t have been seems my injuries were caused by a car speeding into the back of me whilst I was stationary. I am still suffering now do they care no they don’t. Every day I have been in constant pain since the accident. Waste of time paying for insurance especially the extra for legal aid.

Back in 2022. I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a road traffic accident. As a result I suffered a broken hip and then later down the line had my hip replaced. Early on I contacted minster law and was greeted with Matthew and the team (David and George). I was genuinely surprised at the knowledge they had surrounding my injuries both physically and regarding my claim! Any questions I had they had the answer and also had ADDITIONAL advice. Weather that was rehabilitation (physical or mental) or financially with my on going claim. Personally I didn't have to do much at all! Minster law looked after EVERYTHING. Physio, cbt, interim payments. The only thing I really needed to do was sign mandates and decide whether I wanted to settle or not. Because of how at ease and how professional the whole team where, I felt I could trust there advice on how to negotiate through the whole process. I'm glad I did as we where able to achieve the BEST settlement possible. On a personal level, throughout the whole thing, Matthew and the team where more than "solicitors". They genuinely had empathy for me and my families circumstance at a point in time where our life had taken a dramatic change, our conversations where more than just "business" if you like. In short I'd like to thank Minster law for being with me throughout the whole ordeal. My job is physically demanding and its possivle I will not be able to continue with it in the future. The settlement Matthew, Dave and George worked hard to achieve is going to help me provide for my family in the future. I'll be using what I've been awarded wisely. Thank you Matthew Dunn and team 💙
