Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Nicola Leary and her colleague was great at explaining everything about my case, I didn’t think it was possible to get a claim as I was hit by an unidentified driver, they guided me through the process really well and we won the claim. Thanks a lot to you and the team :)

The advisor rang at the exact time we’d scheduled, and was very empathetic to the situation I was in, he listened carefully and made sure what I had to say was written in my words, and where things did have to be changed to legal jargon he made sure I understood what these words meant and why they were being used, he answered all my questions very thoroughly and explained every detail of the process and other services available to me including medical advice and treatments and hid nothing relating to costs and fees, an absolute pleasure to deal with and although I hope I never need to should I find myself in need of representation again il certainly call Minster first

Was in a car accident, in a few days time it's been 3 years. Get no response to emails, 3 sent in the last few weeks and nothing. Got about 3 updates in 3 years when I have to phone up from no reply on email. Absolute joke.

Had a very thorough and comforting call with Emma last week following an accident and she was very patient with me finding all the details and trying to remember what happened and was amazing at explaining what the rest of the process is likely to look like.
