Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Fantastic service.

Highly recommend Minster Law
After a motorbike accident we were appointed Minster Law. They handled the whole process very thoroughly. It took what seemed like a long time but actually they were very diligent in checking what long term affects I might suffer due to the accident. They arranged a thorough course of treatment and I feel much better for it. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Helen and Natalie.

Would just like to say a big thanks to Mandy Johnson who dealt with my claim from time of accident in March 2024. In the numerous communications we have had I found Mandy to be polite, professional thorough in her explanations of how the case is progressing and what the next steps are etc. She was patient in dealing with my many questions and queries and was a pleasure to deal with and kept me up to date at all stages. Motorcycle accident
My son had a bad motorcycle accident 4 years ago.since the accident Andrew Sloan and the team of minster law has worked so hard with my son in his recovery to get him back to normality.
