Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Helpful keep kind experience

Minster Law has been dealing with my sons accident
Minster law have been dealing with my son and myself as his litigation friend since his motorcycle accident last year. Our initial contact was with Thomas Maxted who was fantastic in starting off the process,getting all the information from us and explaining the process but also bring very empathetic to the traumatic experience we was going through. I’d like to thank Thomas Maxted and would wholeheartedly recommend him 100per cent. Oliver Marsh and Julie Loftus have now taken over my sons case and our experience with them have been excellent from the initial contact they have communicated everything throughly,patiently and kept us fully in the loop with every step either by email,phone call or face to face. Oliver and Julie are true professionals who go above and beyond in all matters and to also make sure we feel truly supported in what has been a traumatic year.
