Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Fantastic Service.
Minster Law have been extremely good throughout my dealings with them. Especially Rachel who handled my case. All communications were prompt, professional and extremely punctual. She answered any questions I had regarding my case and was incredibly helpful. While we all hope not to have to use the services of these companies, unfortunately accidents do happen and I would hope that next time I ever needed too I had a solicitor as good as Rachel.
