Made it easy to make a claim Especially after a traumatic event
Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

MinsterLaw resolved my claim. At the end of my personal injury claim which took about a year and a half it was finally resolved. By all means the service was completly professional and picture perfect, all expectations met. But most importantly I always got a reply, regardless of how often I enquired, I got an answer to every question, which I value very much. I give my thanks to Hansa Rashid for her great soliciting and I now have peace knowing its all done.

Sent lot emails no had any contact need speak to my handler tried for days about a report I need amending and help with recipients had no reply I need to talk to someone for few issues seems impossible spoke once in a year need discussion over issues seems stressful and impossible to get this after 18 months..not answered my emails
