Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

Mandy Johnson was most helpful.
Mandy Johnson was assigned to my case after a motorcycle accident on 1st August 2023. As soon as she was appointed she set about getting a medical report, physio therapy sessions and dealing with third party insurers. Personal Injury Claim - Motorcycle Accident
I started my claim April 2023 with Minster Law. I was mainly dealing with Marie Tate. What an easy experience. I've never had a claim before, but Marie was transparent and kept my expectations in check the whole way. Very professional and what I would have expected from a law firm. I then got transferred over to Ashley Nolan who took the time to know my claim and after speaking with him a few times now it is clear that he knows what he is doing and goes above and beyond to give you informative answers to questions you might have. Great team of lawyers I have dealt with the whole way. I would definitely recommend.

Claim for injury following motorbike accident
We were contacted by Pam Dehal soon after my son had his motorbike accident. She interviewed both myself and my son regarding the impact it had had on our lives and was very helpful and reassuring. We would highly recommend Minster Law. Sandy Gilfillan dealt with my husband's claim initially and was absolutely brilliant. He returned our calls and messages, answering any questions that we might have straightaway. The changeover to Ashley Nolan who is now dealing with the claim was seamless. Ashley caught up with the stage that the claim was at and again answered all queries straightaway and arranged a video call to introduce himself and to ensure he had all the details needed to continue with the claim. He has been very considerate and professional throughout.
