Initially, the service was very poor with no case manager assigned to my case for about two years. However, once Mallory Binks was assigned to my case, she worked hard to ensure that my case could be resolved and supported me to get the best possible outcome. If I could rate Mallory alone, I would give her five starts!

I had an accident in September 2024

I had an accident in September 2024, it's been 9 months and I have barely had anything from them, there attention span is smaller then goldfish, you send them 10 emails they probably will come back to you saying we're still reviewing your file, it will go on for as long as they want. I have lost hope and regret using them entirely, I should've stayed with my insurance company instead choose them either way big warning anyone who uses them, deserves a heads up

Expert support and guidance from Ashley

Initially my experience of Minster Law was not great, poor communication and three different associates over 2.5 years and very little progress. I was constantly calling for updates. Ashley Nolan took over the case and everything started to move immediately. He has steered my case efficiently and expertly, gathering and chasing for multiple sources of information, whilst providing regular updates via phone calls and emails. Ultimately, thanks to his hard work and expert advice, my case reached a successful outcome this week. I can’t recommend Ashley highly enough and I would like to thank him for all his support.

Absolutely terrible service.

Absolutely terrible service. Had my accident in Feb 2023. There was a dispute in the payment from third party and I was told that some one will be in touch with me in due course by a very condescending female operator which was in April 2025, I was told that I will get a call back, no time frame provided whenever I try to reach out, I am unable to get through. It has been the extremely appalling and horrendous service with rude and condescending staff.

I was supported by Minster Law for a…

I was supported by Minster Law for a period of 3 years, supporting my claim in personal injury following being the victim of a road traffic accident. In those 3 years I had 4 solicitors support my claim, a number of changes due to staff moving within the company. Ellie, my final solicitor was very attentive, responsive and had a genuine approach in all her contacts. She used my contact preferences and held onto the information relating to my claim, which made all of our communications smooth and personable. I couldn’t recommend Ellie enough, she explained everything clearly in a non patronising way. Anybody would be lucky to have her support.

Amazing

Emma Jackson came all the way to where we live in the Cotswolds to talk to my wife who had been in a bad car accident. She was absolutely amazing. We have never been through this process. Emma explained everything to us and put our minds at rest. We found Emma had a quality of professional and relational that was truly great to find. Thank you Emma for being so caring toward my wife.
